$45–$65 per service (base + tips + enhancements) · $1,000 sign-on · Full-time and part-time
6030 Daybreak Circle, Suite 125, Clarksville, MD. We handle booking, linens, and laundry. You work with a built membership book, not an empty room.
Pay: $45–$65 per service, all-in. Base starts at $25 per service, plus typical tips of $20–$25, plus extra for enhancements. $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule: full-time and part-time available. Open Mon–Sat 9am–9pm, Sunday 10am–6pm. Weekend availability needed.
You need: Active Maryland LMT (we verify on the Board portal) and liability insurance.
We provide: 12 free CEUs at hire, AMTA and ABMP insurance discounts, employee service and retail discounts, free uniforms, and training. Full-time therapists are eligible for PTO after one year.
Maryland LMT required. We cannot hire on a VA, DC, or PA license.
